How this works

Most of the engineering time here goes into directing models and reviewing what they produce, rather than into typing. That is the whole reason a portfolio this wide belongs to a team this small, and it is also why the tools we build for ourselves keep turning into products.

Built for ourselves first

Each product started as something we needed. Postbox passes context between AI coding agents because ours kept dropping it between sessions; the review and release tooling exists for the same reason. What survives our own daily use is what becomes a product.

One engineering base

Model routing, evaluation harnesses, deployment and observability are solved once and shared across the portfolio. A new product inherits all of it on the first day and spends its attention on the part nobody has solved yet.

One person can carry a product

The work that used to need a team around it — evaluating a change, shipping it, watching it in production — is shared infrastructure here. So a product can go from idea to deployment without assembling a department first.

One entity underneath

Contracts, payments and app-store accounts sit with VibeX LLC. A product team inherits the paperwork already done, and spends none of its own time on it.
