This site exists to describe VibeX LLC, its mission and the ventures it builds. It sells nothing, takes no orders and collects no submissions. Its content is general information and does not constitute an offer, a public offer, a quotation, investment or professional advice, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any relationship with VibeX LLC arises only from a separately signed written agreement.
3. Products described here
The ventures described on this site are at different stages of development. Descriptions reflect our intent at the time of writing, not a promise of availability, features, timing or results. Products may change, be renamed, or be discontinued. Any product you actually use is governed by its own terms, not by these.
4. Acceptable use

You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference; any other reproduction, redistribution or derivative use requires our prior written consent. Software we release as open source is licensed separately under its own licence, which governs that software instead of this section. Third-party names remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which VibeX LLC is formed, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — save where mandatory law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
